Nazzi Hirani “A Custodian Of Aviation History”
3-11-2010 was a sad day; we lost a great man and in his personal words "A Custodian of Aviation History". Nazzi Hirani left this world doing what he loved to do. Fly his vintage Warbird In the skies over Arizona. My time knowing Nazzi was short but he is a man I will never forget meeting.

Aviation enthusiasts and spectators are invited to attend the Aerospace and Arizona Days air show here March 20-21. Gates will open at 8 a.m. The air show will offer the public an up-close look at military and civilian aerial demonstrations and static-display aircraft from across the U.S. The theme for this year's show is "Davis-Monthan: Tucson Pride, Air Force Power."

Well the day started out at 3am, making sure that I had all my equipment. Cameras Nikon D3000, lens 150-500mm 18-55mm 55-200mm, memory cards, hat, ear protection, wallet. Jumped in the car and off for my 140 mile trip to Tucson AZ. Well after a nice breakfast at McDonalds I drove to visitor gate and waited for the rest of the media. Well the first of the fellow photographers I met was Phil Myers and his father a fellow Navy retiree. He showed me his lens and other nice toys. I do want to give a shout out to Phil he helped me a great deal.
