AirVenture, EAA, Oshkosh, The World’s Busiest for 6 Days, whatever you call it, it is one of the Premier Aviation Events of the Year. This Year’s AirVenture did not disappoint in the least. From the Martin Mars, Tora, Tora, Tora, The Royal Canadian Air Force Snowbirds, to the Cathay Pacific Cargo 747-8F as usual there was something for everyone. We all have a specific reason, commemoration, event, or aircraft that draws our attention or reason for attending. I had explained to the flight crew that this will be the last time the Airbus 318 would depart Denver...Read More

Coolidge Feb 2013

By: Category: CoolidgeFly-inUncategorized

E7D_4802_800_N160AA I finally got a chance to go to Coolidge. Between school work and a messed up sleep schedule I hadn't had a chance to. Plenty of planes including some interesting biplanes, as well as plenty of Canadian registrations. From what I hear March is the best due to the Cactus Fly-In, which is held the same weekend in nearby Casa Grande, so warbirds go to Coolidge in the morning and then fly to Casa Grande. Read More
