Red Flag 15-1 Media Day

use Red Flag, the famous advanced aerial combat training exercise, is held at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. The exercise is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2015, starting with exercise 15-1. The exercises are extremely realistic war games, and they give the U.S. and allied forces the opportunity to improve upon their skills and tactics and train towards future wars. These training exercises are based around what we, as a coalition, know about our adversaries at large. These adversarial tactics are then studied and fought against in real-life combat situations. On August 5th 2013 Frontier Airlines held its last passenger revenue flight from Denver to Phoenix on "Stu The Rabbit" N803FR. Here is his report While waiting to board flight 859 to Phoenix I had seen some more Airplane geeks waiting to board the flight. I step over to chit chat with them. Like me they were very excited to be on the last Frontier A318 flight. As the flight crew got to the gate area I asked the Captain if he would mind if I took some photos of the crew and cockpit when we landed in Phoenix. Barry M. Goldwater Range Visit 4-10-2012

  On April 10th 2012, PHXSpotters members got a chance to visit the Barry M. Goldwater (BMGR). Back in February we had received our conformation on our tour date. Now it was time to get our members all set up and the member count sent into Ms. Teresa Walker. We all had time to get our cameras and lens all set. We would like to thank  www.LensProtoGo.comfor there outstanding customer service. We were all holding our breath and had our fingers crossed hoping that our tour would not get cancelled. Since tours are based solely on flight schedule.
